Marquette player celebrates big win with marriage proposal on live TV

It was a Senior Day to remember at Marquette, where the Golden Eagles toppled Creighton 91-83 on Saturday. Marquette entered the weekend as a No. 8 seed in FOX Sports' most recent Bracket Watch, and it looks as though it'll hold steady heading into next week's Big East Tournament.
But as nice as the win was for the Golden Eagles, it was even sweeter for Luke Fischer. Following the victory, the senior center from Germantown, Wisconsin, got the biggest win of his life when he got down on one knee and proposed to his girlfriend ... she said yes.

This is just the latest in a long line of Senior Day proposals, as both Indiana's Collin Hartman and Kentucky's Derek Willis have pulled off the move in the past couple weeks. Still, it doesn't make the moment any less special.
Fischer finished his final home game at the Bradley Center with 13 points and four rebounds.
Up next for Fischer and the Golden Eagles: a Big East Tournament matchup against Seton Hall on Thursday at 2:30 p.m. ET on FS1.
