Corey Bingham scored 27 points and Derrick Parker added 20 points and 15 rebounds as LSU-Shreveport upset Northwestern State 86-83 Tuesday night.

Bingham made a habit of getting to the free-throw line, making 12 of 15 attempts. The Pilots (11-0), who play in the NAIA and therefore registered the game as an exhibition, hit 26 of 34 overall. The Demons (8-7), a NCAA Division I team, lost their fourth in a row.

Eric Young added 18 points and Brance Davenport had 16 in only 17 minutes for LSU-Shreveport.

Though the Pilots didn't shoot well (27 of 68 for 39.5 percent), Parker helped LSU-Shreveport outrebound Northwestern State 48-34 to compensate.
