Louisiana-Monroe 60, Centenary 46

Hugh Mingo scored a career-high 27 points and Louisiana-Monroe ended a four-game losing streak with a 60-46 victory over Centenary on Saturday night.
Mingo added seven rebounds and seven steals for the Warhawks (3-7).
Centenary took a 31-29 lead early in the second half behind two 3-pointers from Leo Davis and four points from Aaron Harwell.
Louisiana-Monroe went on a 9-1 run for a 38-32 lead, and after the Gentlemen (0-11) cut the margin to 38-34, the Warhawks scored nine consecutive points for a 47-34 lead with 5:44 remaining.
The Warhawks scored 26 points of 18 Centenary turnovers.
Centenary, which has lost 16 consecutive games dating to last season, struggled from the field (15 of 44 for 34 percent) and the line (12 of 23 for 52 percent).
Jeron Trotman had 12 points and eight rebounds, and Davis added 10 points to lead Centenary.
