Kadeem Coleby scored 20 points and grabbed nine rebounds, and Louisiana-Lafayette held off a Central Florida comeback for a 61-60 victory Wednesday night.

The Ragin' Cajuns (6-8) led 54-41 with 5:41 to play before a 3-pointer by Marcus Jordan started a 16-5 run that brought the Knights (8-3) within two points, 59-57, with 36 seconds left.

Raymone Andrews missed 1 of 2 free throws with 23 seconds left to leave Louisiana-Lafayette's lead at three points, but Jordan's attempt at a tying 3-pointer missed with 7 seconds left.

David Perez's free throw then gave the Ragin' Cajuns a four-point lead, allowing them to withstand a 3-pointer by Tristan Spurlock just before the final buzzer.

Perez added 13 points for Louisiana-Lafayette and J.J. Thomas had 12 after missing six games with a knee injury.

Jordan scored 17 points and Spurlock and Keith Clanton had 13 each for UCF.
