Lipscomb 75, Kennesaw State 52

Malcolm Smith and Justin Glenn each had double-doubles and Lipscomb routed Kennesaw State 75-52 on Saturday.
Smith had 16 points and 12 rebounds while Glenn had 11 points and 15 rebounds for the Bisons (5-4, 1-1 Atlantic Sun Conference), who have won four of their past five games. Damarius Smith also had 11 points for the Bisons.
The Bisons dominated close to the basket, outrebounding Kennesaw State 50-37 and outscoring them in the paint 44-22. Lipscomb, which had 16 offensive rebounds, also got 22 second-chance points.
Lipscomb outscored Kennesaw State 19-6 over the final 7:26 of the first half to take a 37-17 lead. The lead never dipped below 15 points in the second half and the Bisons built their biggest lead at 62-37 after a dunk by Glenn with 8:25 remaining.
Markeith Cummings had 15 points and 10 rebounds for the Owls (2-5, 0-2), who have lost three straight.
