Scott Machado and Mike Glover had double-doubles as Iona cruised to an 87-62 win over Hofstra on Wednesday night.
Machado just missed a triple-double - with 17 points, 11 assists and nine rebounds - while Glover had 16 points and 12 rebounds.
Kyle Smyth also scored 16 and Alejo Rodriguez had 15 for the Gaels (8-5), who snapped a two-game skid.
Iona never trailed in the matchup between the two teams in the New York Metropolitan Area with the best winning percentage since 1995.
The Gaels took a 40-26 halftime lead and maintained at least a 14-point advantage by shooting 63.3 percent in the second half (19 of 30) to the Pride's 37.9 percent (11 of 29).
For the game, the Gaels outshot Hofstra 61.1 percent (33 of 54) to 37.5 percent (21 of 56) and outrebounded them 32-28.
Charles Jenkins scored 20 points and Mike Moore had 18 for Hofstra (7-5).
