Jake Kelly made the final shot of a three-point play with less than a second left to put Indiana State over Missouri State 70-69 on Wednesday night, ending the Bears' perfect conference record.

Kelly was fouled just before the buzzer as he made a game-tying layup. Because so little time was left, officials reviewed the layup for five minutes before saying it was good.

That sent the Sycamores guard to the free-throw line for the winning shot.

Kelly led the Sycamores (12-7, 7-1 Missouri Valley) with 19 points while Carl Richard added 18 and RJ Mahurin scored 11.
