Hooker's double-double helps North Dakota beat ISU 80-69

GRAND FORKS, N.D. (AP) Quinton Hooker scored 15 points, matched a career-high with 10 assists, and was one board shy of a triple-double in helping North Dakota snap a four-game home losing skid with an 80-69 victory over Idaho State on Saturday.

Hooker shot 6 of 10 from the floor and grabbed nine rebounds. Estan Tyler matched his season-high with seven field goals on his way to 19 points. Terrel de Rouen scored 15 points and Jaron Nash chipped in 14 on 7-of-11 shooting for North Dakota (7-13, 3-6 Big Sky).

North Dakota had a 16-point lead with 6:05 left. Idaho State pulled within six points with less than 2 minutes to play but couldn't push past.

Jeffrey Solarin finished with 12 points and grabbed 14 rebounds for Idaho State (5-17, 2-8). Nnamdi Ezenwa led the Bengals with 17 points.
