Georgia Tech freshman Derrick Favors is one-and-done.

The 6-foot-10, 245-pound Favors, a Georgia native who averaged 12.4 points and 8.4 rebounds per game this past season, will sign with an agent and forgo his final three years in college.

Favors is expected to be a high lottery pick – and could go as high as third overall – in the June 24 NBA Draft.

The departure of Favors means that Georgia Tech coach Paul Hewitt will lose both of his big men after Gani Lawal decided to sign with an agent last week after his junior season.
