On Saturday afternoon, the Hoyas and Orange renewed their old conference rivalry in Washington, D.C.
Earlier this week, the NCAA Infractions Appeals Committee upheld a nine-game suspension for Syracuse head coach Jim Boeheim. The NCAA changed the timing of his suspension to begin with the team's next game and not the start of ACC play. The GU Stonewalls, a fan section located in Section 118 of the Verzion Center, decided to poke fun at the Hall of Famer's current ban.
The GU Stonewalls are known for the tifos, banners more commonly seen in soccer.
