FSU basketball continues their recent trend of having solid recruiting classes with the addition of two more commitments this week.

Over the last two recruiting classes for FSU basketball, it would be hard to argue that the Seminoles haven’t had one of the best runs when it comes to recruiting top talent into Tallahassee. While it would be nice to have seen a NCAA tournament berth out of it last season, the future is pretty bright.

That future got even brighter this week with the addition of two three star recruits from the Sunshine State, including one with a last name that will sound familiar to FSU fans. It started when Anthony Polite, a 6’6″ guard from Boca Raton who is the son of former Seminoles player Michael, chose the Seminoles over rival Miami:

The news got even better when Wyatt Wilkes, a 6’7″ guard from Winter Park, announced that he too will be coming to Tallahassee for his college basketball career:

In a perfect world, these players will team up with Dwayne Bacon and Jonathan Isaac after the both decide to stick around following the 2016-17 national championship winning season and go for a repeat to join up with these recruits. While that may be a slight dream, it’s good to see FSU being able to bring in top talent for a program that is desperate to get back into March Madness.
