ETSU 83, Milligan 43

Marcus Dubose scored 20 points and Adam Sollazzo 18 as East Tennessee State routed Milligan 83-43 on Monday night.
The Buccaneers (5-5) led their NAIA opponent 17-4 with less than five minutes gone and rolled to a 49-17 halftime lead.
The ETSU defense forced turnovers and made six steals in the first half, and held the Buffaloes, for whom the game counted as an exhibition, to 25.9 percent (7 of 27) shooting in the half.
ETSU outrebounded Milligan 54-32 for the game, led by 11 from Tommy Hubbard.
Jarvis Jones finished with 13 points for the Buccaneers, who shot 47.1 percent (16 of 34) while building their 32-point halftime lead.
ETSU also managed to improve its effectiveness from the free-throw line, making 19 of 26 (73.1 percent). The Buccaneers came in averaging 59.6 percent from the line, 324th of 328 Division I teams.
Tyler DeVault's 14 points led Milligan.
