Johnathan Gray scored 16 points, 12 on 3-pointers, and Chris Wroblewski added 15 to help Cornell defeat Brown 72-63 on Saturday night.

The Big Red (10-12, 5-3 Ivy League) shot 52.2 percent from 3-point range (12 of 23), including 4 of 7 by Gray.

Cornell led 36-34 at halftime, and outscored the Bears 36-29 in the second half for its third straight win.

The Big Red trailed 25-24 with 8:13 left in the first half and scored eight straight to take the lead for good, 32-25, on Wroblewski's 3.

Cornell blew it open with a 15-1 run out of half time. Gray's 3 capped the spurt, putting Cornell up 51-35 with 16:39 to play.

Drew Ferry added 11 points for the Big Red, who scored 18 points off 14 turnovers.

The Bears (7-8, 1-7) were led by Matt Sullivan with 21 points and Stephen Albrecht with 11.
