Chris Crockett scored a career-high 18 points off the bench, hitting six 3-pointers, and Columbia routed Brown 86-60 Friday night.
With their previous six Ivy League contests decided by a margin of five points or fewer, the Lions (14-9, 3-4) took control early.
Tied at 2, Columbia launched a 31-8 run, hitting nine of its 11-first half 3-pointers. The Lions led 47-24 at the break and by as many as 33.
Columbia matched its program record for made 3-pointers, finishing 16 of 29, while the Bears were 10 of 19.
Meiko Lyles hit five treys to finish with 17 points for the Lions. Brian Barbour added 16 points and John Daniels grabbed 10 rebounds.
Matt Sullivan's 17 points led Brown (7-17, 1-6), which played without leading scorer Sean McGonagill (14 points per game). The sophomore guard was injured against Penn last Saturday and snapped his streak of 51 straight starts.
