Mark Cisco scored 18 points and grabbed 20 rebounds as Columbia led from start to finish in a 61-56 Ivy League victory over Cornell on Saturday night.

It was the second consecutive double-double for Cisco, who had 12 points and 10 rebounds last Saturday, when the Lions (12-7, 1-2) lost 62-58 to Princeton. He helped Columbia outrebound Cornell 45-29.

Columbia scored the game's first six points, but the Big Red (6-11, 1-2) closed within a point twice in each half, the last time at 37-36 with 12:24 remaining.

The Lions then took control with an 11-2 run, which included seven points by Meiko Lyles.

Lyles finished with 15 points for Columbia, and Brian Barbour added 14.

Chris Wroblewski led Cornell with 14 points and five assists, and Drew Ferry added 13 points. Shonn Miller, who scored 19 in a 64-52 loss to Pennsylvania last Saturday, was held to two points.
