STOCKTON, Calif. (AP) Tre' Coggins scored a career-high 21 and Lionheart Leslie made a pair of layups in the final 26 seconds as Cal State-Fullerton closed on a 7-0 run to beat Pacific 77-76 Tuesday night.

A pair of free throws by Ray Bowles gave Pacific a 76-70 lead with 3:05 to play before Khalil Ahmad hit one free throw and Malcolm Brooks hit two to pull Cal State-Fullerton within three with 70 seconds left.

Bowles missed a jumper for Pacific before a layup by Leslie made it 76-75. After a steal by Fullerton's Kennedy Esume, another layup by Leslie gave the Titans their first lead since the game's opening seconds.

Fullerton (1-1) got a stop and Pacific was forced to foul, but Leslie missed both free throws. A half-court shot by Pacific's TJ Wallace fell short as time expired.
