Sam McLaurin scored a career-high 17 points and grabbed 10 rebounds as Coastal Carolina ran its winning streak to a school-record 13 games with a 74-69 victory over Winthrop Thursday night.

Chad Gray finished with 19 points, nine rebounds and a career-high four steals, while Anthony Raffa and Dexter Moore added 12 points apiece. Coastal Carolina's previous record winning streak of 12 was achieved twice - in the 2005-06 and 2009-10 seasons.
