Kelvin Martin scored 19 points and pulled down 11 rebounds to lead Charleston Southern to a 99-66 blowout win over Bluefield College on Tuesday night.

The Buccaneers (6-6) forced 15 first-half turnovers, leading to 21 points and a 47-32 halftime lead.

Jeremy Sexton added 19 points, and Kenny Mitchell and Jamarco Warren had 17 each as Charleston Southern outscored the Ramblin' Rams 50-24 in the paint.

The Buccaneers led 81-61 with 6:03 left to play and finished on an 18-3 run as Bluefield College failed to make a field go the rest of the way.

Byron Carpenter scored 23 points for the Ramblin' Rams (4-8), of the National Christian Collegiate Athletic Association.

Charleston Southern's last three wins have come against non-NCAA opponents. The Buccaneers defeated Toccoa Falls College (NCCAA) 120-43 on Nov. 30 and Milligan College (NAIA) 106-61 on Dec. 11.
