Burrell leads Holy Cross past Bucknell 66-50

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) Justin Burrell scored a season-high 19 points and Malcolm Miller added 14 to help Holy Cross roll to a 66-50 win over Bucknell on Sunday.

Burrell scored 11 points in the second half. His jumper at the 17:12 mark in the second half stretched the Holy Cross lead to 34-24, and another shot pushed the lead to 20 points, 53-33 with 7:23 to play. Miller made two 3-pointers and finished 6 of 10 from the field. Dave Dudzinski added nine points and 12 rebounds.

Holy Cross (14-10, 8-4 Patriot League) has won two straight and seven of its last eight games. The Crusaders are in a third-place tie with Army in the Patriot League, and face the Black Knights on Wednesday night. Holy Cross defeated Army 78-75 on Jan. 15.

Cameron Ayers scored 15 points and Chris Hass added 14 to lead Bucknell (10-13, 5-7).
