Mahamoud Jabbi scored 13 points and hit the game-winning basket with 14 seconds remaining, and Binghamton defeated Cornell 69-68 on Saturday.

Cornell led by 16 points with 1:20 remaining in the first half but Binghamton went on an 18-3 run to trail only 46-45 with 13:06 to play. Neither team led by more than four points the rest of the way.

Binghamton trailed 64-60 with 2:30 remaining and closed on a 9-4 run. The Bearcats led 67-66 after two free throws by Greer Wright with 45 seconds remaining, but Cornell grabbed a 68-67 lead on a layup by Mark Coury with 30 seconds to go.

Moussa Camara added 12 points for the Bearcats (3-6), who won their second straight game and first at home in four tries this season.

Drew Ferry scored 15 points, Errick Peck and Coury each added 12 and Chris Wroblewski had 10 for Cornell (2-7), which has lost six in a row.
