Caleb Brown hit a 3-pointer with two-tenths of a second left, and Austin Peay defeated Chattanooga 70-67 Monday night.

Josh Terry led the Governors (2-0) with 17 points and Anthony Campbell added 15. Brown took only two of Austin Peay's 26 3-point attempts, and it was the only one he made. But it was enough to give the Governors their second win at the beginning of a nine-game road trip.

Tyshwan Edmondson came off the bench to score 14 points for Austin Peay.

Josh Odem led Chattanooga (0-2) with 15 points, also off the bench.

The Governors led most of the second half, but Omar Wattad gave Chattanooga a 59-58 lead with just under 7 minutes remaining. Wattad struggled, making only 4 of 16 shots from the field.

The Governors outrebounded Chattanooga 44-32, led by center John Fraley, who grabbed 11. That helped Austin Peay win the battle of second-chance points 16-7.
