Rotnei Clarke scored 20 points, connecting on five 3-pointers, as Arkansas opened its season with a 75-52 win over Grambling State on Thursday.

Clarke, who set the school and Southeastern Conference records last year with 13 3-pointers in a game, hit 5 of 10 from behind the arc as the Razorbacks (1-0) built a 22-point lead in the first half on the way to the win. All of the junior's field goals were 3-pointers, and he was the only Arkansas player to finish in double figures.

Ten players scored for Arkansas, and the Razorbacks forced 20 Grambling turnovers and held the Tigers (0-3) to just 34.9 percent shooting.

Justin Patton led Grambling with 13 points and PJ Roberson added 12.
