Derrick Williams scored 16 points to lead Arizona to an easy 90-42 victory over Idaho State on Sunday.

The Wildcats won their fourth consecutive season opener.

Williams, a sophomore forward, was 6-for-7 from the floor with his only miss coming when an 80-foot halfcourt heave hit the front rim at the end of the first half. The Wildcats led 41-15 at the break.

Brendon Lavender had 12 points and Solomon Hill and Kyle Fogg 10 each for Arizona, which outrebounded Idaho State 39-24 and shot 59.6 percent while holding the Bengals to 28.1 percent from the field.

Deividas Busma led Idaho State (0-2) with 16 points. He kept the Bengals close in the early minutes but sat down with his third foul with eight minutes left in the half. Broderick Gilchrest, who scored 39 points on Friday against Colorado, was held to four on Sunday.
