Derrick Williams scored 19 points and Arizona overpowered Bethune-Cookman in the second half for a 78-45 victory Tuesday night.
Jamelle Horne added 13 points and Kyle Fogg 12 for the winners.
C.J. Reed scored 16, including 12 of 18 free throws, and Alexander Starling 12 for BCU (2-2).
Arizona (4-0) outscored Bethune-Cookman 39-15 over the final 15 minutes.
Arizona is off to its best start since 2002-03, but the statistic is misleading because of a much weaker schedule than usual.
The game was part of the Las Vegas Invitational. The eight-team event shifts to Las Vegas for the next two games, with Arizona playing Santa Clara on Friday and No. 6 Kansas on Saturday.
