Thank you for choosing to participate in this promotion (the "Promotion") being offered by DraftKings Sportsbook and GUS III LLC d/b/a DraftKings Predictions ("DraftKings Predictions"). By entering or participating in the Promotion you hereby agree to be bound by these Promotion terms (the "Promotion Terms," together with the DraftKings Terms of Use and General Rules, the "Terms"). If you do not wish to be bound by the Promotion Terms, please do not enter or participate in the Promotion. A new DraftKings customer may only redeem this Promotion once. A new customer will only receive a reward based on their first $5+ transaction on either DraftKings Sportsbook OR DraftKings Predictions. NOT both.

1. DESCRIPTION

New DraftKings customers, place a first-time bet and get $200 in Bonus Bets instantly; or make first-time trade of $5 or more and get $200 in Predictions Dollars over 21 days!

2. DATE AND TIME OF PROMOTION

The promotional offer is valid between 6/1/2026 at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (ET) and 6/28/2026 at 11:59 PM ET (the "Promotional Period").

3. PROMOTION ELIGIBILITY

DRAFTKINGS SPORTSBOOK ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for DraftKings Sportsbook, you must be physically located in AR, AZ, CO, CT, DC, IA, IL, IN, KS, KY, LA (select parishes), MA, MD, ME, MI, MO, NC, NJ, NH, NY, OH, OR, PA, PR (residents only), TN, VA, VT, WY or WV (each an "Eligible Jurisdiction" or, collectively, the "Eligible Jurisdictions"). Must be 21+ years of age or older (18+ if in DC/KY/NH/WY). New DraftKings customers only.

DRAFTKINGS PREDICTIONS ELIGIBLITY: To be eligible for DraftKings Predictions, customer must be a U.S. resident and physically located in a Predictions Eligible Jurisdiction within the United States or U.S. territories. For this Promotion, a Predictions Eligible Jurisdiction is one where DraftKings Predictions offer any market. New DraftKings customers only. Any customer who is found to be ineligible to participate on any DraftKings platform, including DraftKings Sportsbook or DraftKings Predictions (i.e., by way of self-exclusion, restriction due to employment, or otherwise) may not participate in this Promotion and immediately forfeits any bonus rewards which have been awarded under this Promotion. A customer that previously redeemed this offer in a different Eligible Jurisdiction is ineligible for this Promotion.

A new DraftKings customer is defined as a customer who has never completed any paid activity using cash—including but not limited to wagers, trades, fantasy contest entries, and lottery ticket orders—on any of the following DraftKings products: DraftKings Sportsbook, DraftKings Predictions, DraftKings Casino, GNOG, DraftKings Daily Fantasy, Pick6, DK Horse or Racing, and Jackpocket.

4. REQUIRED ACTIONS

In addition to the eligibility requirements set forth above and in the Terms, to participate in the Promotion, customers must (1) be a new DraftKings customer as defined above, (2) make a deposit of $5 or more (the "Initial Deposit"); and (3) spend $5 on DraftKings Sportsbook or spend $5 on DraftKings Predictions, meaning customers must either:

A. Place a first-time bet of $5 or more on any eligible DraftKings Sportsbook market during the Promotional Period (the "Qualifying Bet," outlined below); or

B. Make a first-time trade of $5+ on DraftKings Predictions during the Promotional Period (the "Qualifying Trade," outlined below).

5. BONUS REWARD REDEMPTION AND LIMITATIONS

Bonus Rewards are issued as Bonus Bets for DraftKings Sportsbook and Predictions Dollars for DraftKings Predictions (each a "Bonus Reward" and together the "Bonus Rewards"). Qualified customers must place a first-time Qualifying Bet OR first-time Qualifying Trade of $5 or more to redeem their Bonus Rewards.

A. Qualifying Bets are bets on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market. Qualifying Bet must be placed using cash from your cash balance. Qualifying Bets will be settled in accordance with the sporting event’s outcome.

B. Qualifying Trade is a trade on any available DraftKings Predictions market (sports or non-sports markets). Qualifying Trade must be placed using cash from your cash balance. Qualifying Trade amount includes any fees incurred for placing a trade as outlined below (see "Fees"). Qualifying Trades will settle in accordance with that event contract’s outcome.

Upon completion of the Promotion requirements, qualified customers will receive either:

A. $200 in Bonus Bets instantly for their Qualifying Bet; or

B. $50 in Predictions Dollars instantly for their Qualifying Trade, and will be eligible to receive up to $150 more in Predictions Dollars over the following twenty-one (21) days thereafter, issued via click-to-claims.

BONUS BET LIMITATIONS: Bonus Bets will be issued instantly upon completing the Qualifying Bet. Bonus Bets issued as eight (8) $25 Bonus Bets. Bonus Bets are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and have no cash value. Bonus Bets are valid for seven (7) days (168 hours) from the time they are credited to customers’ accounts. Customers can choose when to use Bonus Bets and must select the Bonus Bet in their betslip before placing a wager. Failure to use a Bonus Bet before expiration will void the reward. Payouts from Bonus Bet wagers will be transferred to the customer’s cash balance and do not include the Bonus Bet stake. Ex: If a $10 bonus bet is placed at +100 odds and wins, only the profit of $10 will be credited to the customer’s account. Bonus Bets may not be combined with other bonus rewards and may not be eligible for use on all promotions and/or betting markets. Maximum $200 in Bonus Bets for DraftKings Sportsbook. Bonus Bets issued immediately after Qualifying Bet, or in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.

PREDICTIONS DOLLARS LIMITATIONS: Predictions Dollars are single-use, non-transferable, non-withdrawable, not redeemable for cash, and expire one (1) year from the date of issuance. Payouts from trades placed using Predictions Dollars will be transferred to customer’s cash balance at which time they may be withdrawn. There are no restrictions on profits earned from Predictions Dollars. Predictions Dollars cannot be combined and used together with other bonus rewards. Each must be used independently to place a trade. Predictions Dollars can be applied to trading fees. Predictions Dollars are used prior to any cash in customer’s cash balance. Maximum reward of $200 in Predictions Dollars for DraftKings Predictions. $50 in Predictions Dollars issued immediately after Qualifying Trade placement, or, in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours. Additional allotment of Predictions Dollars issued immediately after login, or, in the event of technical difficulties, within 72 business hours.

$50 in Predictions Dollars will be issued instantly upon completing the Qualifying Trade. Customers will be eligible to claim an additional $50 in Predictions Dollars every seven (7) days over the next twenty-one (21) days after completing the Promotion requirements, for a total of $150 in additional Predictions Dollars. The remaining $150 in Predictions Dollars will be issued via three (3) separate click to claims of $50 in Predictions Dollars. One (1) click to claim will be issued every 7 days over a period of 21 days (i.e., 3 7-day periods). 21 days is measured from the time of the customer’s successful completion of the Promotion requirements and Qualifying Trade placement, and each seven-day period is measured as 168 hours therefrom. Click-to-claims do not expire.

Customers must click to claim each available allotment of their Predictions Dollars. Predictions Dollars issued as follows:

• Day 0: Sign up, place Qualifying Trade, and get $50 in Predictions Dollars, $150 in Predictions Dollars remain to be issued.

• Day 7: $50 in Predictions Dollars available to claim, $100 in Predictions Dollars remain to be issued.

• Day 14: $50 in Predictions Dollars available to claim, $50 in Predictions Dollars remain to be issued.

• Day 21: $50 in Predictions Dollars available to claim, all Predictions Dollars have been issued and made available to claim.

• TOTAL: $200 in Predictions Dollars over 21 days.

By way of example only:

• 6/2: Customer signs up for new account, deposits, places $5 Qualifying Trade. Customer receives $50 in Predictions Dollars (3 allotments of $50 in Predictions Dollars, or $150 in Predictions Dollars, left to be distributed over 21 days).

• 6/16: Customer returns to the DraftKings Predictions platform 14 days after sign-up and has two (2) click to claims each for $50 in Predictions Dollars for a total of $150 in Predictions Dollars issued. $50 in Predictions Dollars issued for each 7-day period since sign-up (1 allotment of $50 in Predictions Dollars left to be distributed).

• 7/24: Customer returns to the DraftKings Predictions platform and clicks to claim the final allotment of $50 in Predictions Dollars, for a total of $200 in Predictions Dollars issued.

Any non-bona fide activity in connection with this Promotion, as determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, may result in the forfeiture of any outstanding allotments of Predictions Dollars. Any forfeited allotments will not be reinstated.

When customers successfully enter and complete the Promotion requirements, they will receive notice by app push, in-app bell notification, app pop, or email.

7. LIMITS ON PARTICIPATION

Limit one (1) redemption per new DraftKings customer. Reward substitutions or changes will be made in DraftKings's sole discretion. See the Terms for information and limitations on wagering and trading. A new DraftKings customer may only redeem this Promotion once. A new customer will only receive a reward based on their first $5+ transaction on either DraftKings Sportsbook OR DraftKings Predictions. NOT both.

8. WAGERING/TRADING RESTRICTIONS AND LIMITATIONS

Qualifying Bets are bets on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market. Qualifying Bet must be placed using cash from your cash balance. All other bet types are excluded from this Promotion. Cashed-out bets and voided bets will void this Promotion. Bets placed with bonus rewards (including but not limited to Bonus Bets, Odds Boosts/Surges, Profit Boosts, etc.) are not valid.

Qualifying Trade is a trade on any available DraftKings Predictions market (sports or non-sports markets). Qualifying Trade must be placed using cash from your cash balance. Qualifying Trade amount includes any fees incurred for placing a trade as outlined below (see "Fees").

9. ORDER OF FUNDS USED

Funds are used in the following order: (i) Predictions Dollars, (ii) DK Dollars, then (iii) Cash in your cash balance.

10. ELIGIBLE GAMES

Promotion Eligible Sportsbook Markets: Qualifying Bet can be placed on any available DraftKings Sportsbook market.

Promotion Eligible Predictions Markets: Qualifying Trade can be placed on any available DraftKings Predictions market.

11. RESTRICTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL OF FUNDS

You may withdraw funds deposited in connection with this Promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook, or any trade placed on DraftKings Predictions in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. Subject to any play-through or trade-through restrictions in connection with a promotion, funds earned from winnings or successful trades may be withdrawn at any time.

12. RULES REGARDING CANCELLATION

Should you wish to cancel your participation in this Promotion at any time, please contact customer experience at support@draftkings.com. Upon cancellation, you may withdraw any remaining funds deposited in connection with this promotion subject to the Terms. Any wager placed on DraftKings Sportsbook, or any trade placed on DraftKings Predictions in connection with the Promotion cannot be rescinded once it has been placed. However, any applicable bonus rewards in your account shall be void, subject to forfeiture, and may not be transferred or withdrawn.

PREDICTIONS FEES

DraftKings Predictions charges a $0.01 transaction fee for each event contract bought or sold. The exchange that offers the market for each event contract charges a separate exchange fee. PREDICTIONS TAXES

DraftKings Predictions customer is responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. Event contract payments may be classified as income and reported on Form 1099 as applicable. DraftKings Predictions does not provide tax advice. Be sure to consult a tax professional for specific questions.

Whether a customer has committed abuse of this Promotion, or violated the Terms, will be determined by DraftKings in its sole discretion, for any reason or no reason at all. All promotions are subject to the DraftKings Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. By accepting any bonus rewards, registered customers agree to abide by the Terms. Promotional offer is subject to regulatory approval. Void where prohibited by law. DraftKings account holders are responsible for any and all local, state, or federal taxes. DraftKings is not liable for computer or program malfunctions, nor for errors in bonus rewards. DraftKings reserves the right to exclude or remove certain customers from this Promotion, as well as the right to withhold bonus rewards if you have violated or attempted to violate the Terms, including but not limited to sharing account credentials with other individuals, placing wagers or trades on behalf of other individuals, circumventing DraftKings age and location verification procedures, betting/trading both sides of a market to complete play-through or promotion requirements, and abusing the DraftKings Platform, the Services, or any bonuses, the refer-a-friend program, or any other offers or promotions, including this Promotion, in any way.

If physically located in PA, this Promotion will comply with subsection §813.3 regarding cancellation in this Promotion by a customer. If in NY, if a customer is dissatisfied with any resolution between the customer and DraftKings, the customer may then submit an inquiry with the New York State Gaming Commission.
