Impact Latu caught his first touchdown of the season with an eight-yard score in the second quarter. This was also the lone passing touchdown for fifth-year senior Will Rogers, who was benched after throwing back-to-back interceptions to start the second half. Latu hasn't popped off the stat sheet in any game this season, but he's been consistent with 3.1 catches for 30.5 yards per game across 11 appearances. The Huskies will likely wait to name a starting quarterback between either Rogers or true freshman Demond Williams ahead of their upcoming regular-season finale against No. 1-ranked Oregon on Saturday, Nov. 30. Should Williams start, the team may emphasize the rushing game and short-passing attack, which could mean increased involvement for Latu.

Impact Latu caught every single one of his targets for the fourth week in a row. The 6-foot-7 senior has tallied 19 catches for 152 yards and no touchdowns over this span. With little-to-no role in the red zone this season, Latu will need to start stretching the field more in order to justify much significant attention from fantasy owners.

Impact Latu eclipsed five catches and 32 yards for the first time this season. The 6-foot-7 senior been the TE1 this season while Quentin Moore has been sidelined with an undisclosed injury. But, the passing game has still heavily relied upon its top-two pass-catchers in Denzel Boston and Giles Jackson, as these were targeted on 17 of 31 passing attempts by quarterback Will Rogers. Latu will look to overshadow the target share of WR3 Jeremiah Hunter (three) once agian during next week's road contest at Iowa.

Impact Latu continued to serve as TE1 for the Huskies with fellow senior Quentin Moore (undisclosed) still sidelined. Meanwhile, true freshman tight end Decker DeGraaf got just one target. Latu has been very sure-handed with 13 catches on 16 targets over the last four games; but, he's still a short-yardage receiving option for quarterback Will Rogers, who has focused the vast majority of his attention towards the team's top-two wideouts in Denzel Boston and Giles Jackson. Latu won't have much significant fantasy value so long as this remains the case.

Five targets versus Northwestern Latu gathered in all five targets for 28 yards during Saturday's 24-5 victory versus Northwestern.

Impact Latu has now tallied four, four and five targets through his three appearances so far this season, logging between 28 to 32 receiving yards in all three of these contests. The 6-foot-7 senior has led this tight end room with Quentin Moore (undisclosed) sidelined over this span. While his receiving yards have still been extremely limited, Latu's consistent target share could make him a solid value play in DFS or a waiver-wire pickup for season-long fantasy owners in need of a weekly-long fill-in at tight end.

Impact Despite suffering a knee injury two weeks ago, Latu can begin his Washington career Saturday. Before transferring to UW, he was enrolled at Nevada and California. The two colleges benefited from having Latu, who logged at least 150 yards across a season for both schools. At minimum, he will try to do the same while enrolled at Washington.

Suffers knee injury Saturday Latu suffered a knee injury during Washington's scrimmage Saturday and was seen on a workout bike for most of the rest of the game, Andy Yamashita of Seattle Times reports.

Impact Latu did briefly return after suffering the knee injury, but he had to spend the rest of Saturday working out his knee. Whether this is a serious injury or if he'll be able to play in next Saturday's game against Weber State both remain unknown.
