Langley's late OT bucket send UNC Greensboro past Eastern Kentucky 87-85
GREENSBORO, N.C. (AP) — Kobe Langley scored 19 points and his left-handed floater off a drive in the lane with less than a second left carried UNC Greensboro past Eastern Kentucky 87-85 in overtime Thursday night.
Donovan Atwell led the Spartans (7-1) with 24 points shooting 8 for 12 shooting including 8 for 10 from 3-point range. Mikeal Brown-Jones scored 19 points and Langley finished 8-for-11 shooting.
UNC Greensboro now has won six straight.
Devontae Blanton led the way for the Colonels (3-4, Atlantic Sun Conference) with 22 points, eight rebounds, six assists and three steals. Leland Walker added 18 points and Isaiah Cozart scored 16 points.
UNC Greensboro hosts Elon on Sunday.
