News: Jerebko agreed to a two-year, $10 million deal with the Celtics on Wednesday, Sam Amick of USA Today Sports reports.
Impact: Jerebko indicated back in April that he wanted to return to the Celtics, and he'll do just that, coming back on a two-year deal that will allow him to hit free agency again in the summer of 2017. Jerebko averaged 7.1 points and 4.8 rebounds for Boston after coming over from Detroit in February.

News: Jerebko indicated that he'd like to return to Boston next season, the Boston Globe reports. "I loved it here," Jerebko said. "I'd love to come back. I'd definitely like to keep this going."
Impact: The Celtics thrived down the stretch with role players like Jerebko and Jae Crowder making big contributions, so it's certainly possible that the unrestricted free agent could be back next season. It's unclear what direction the Celtics will go in this summer, however, so a decision on a bench player like Jerebko likely won't be made until the franchise has had a chance to survey the trade and free agency landscape.
