Just hours after announcing that WWE star Alberto Del Rio will be suspended effective Thursday for his first violation of the company wellness policy, WWE revealed that Paige - who just recently made her off-screen relationship with Del Rio public - has also been suspended. Paige turned 24 Wednesday.

Like Del Rio, Paige had been left off the SummerSlam card, and the former Women's Champion has not appeared on Raw since being drafted and is reportedly recovering from injuries.
