Ric Flair, Wacka Flocka Flame Team for Debate 2016 Spoof (Video)
Ric Flair has gone from being College GameDay’s guest picker to doing a spoof video with rapper Wacka Flocka Flame.
Ric Flair made a name for himself in the wrestling business for decades, but has since done some things in media. He most recently appeared on ESPN’s College GameDay as the celebrity guest picker. This saw him select games for the day’s slate of college football games.
Before this, The Nature Boy made headlines for saying actress Halle Berry took a ride on “Space Mountain”. She has since denied the reports, which ended the press coverage.
Well, Flair is back at it again. He teamed with rapper Wacka Flocka Flame in a video spoofing the 2016 Presidential Debate. These two made their case for why the people have another choice and should vote for them. This features an American flag background, ladies (not surprisingly) with Flair, and an incredibly cheesy tagline.
Flair must have rambled for a good 45-60 seconds of this video, including a classic phrase of his from his days in wrestling. That may have made this even more of a parody.
At least the 16-time world champion is keeping busy at age 67. He made a role with WWE earlier in 2016 as his daughter Charlotte’s manager. However, she ditched him in May for Dana Brooke, who has since stood side by side with the two-time WWE Women’s Champion. His appearance on the post-WWE Payback pay-per-view edition of Raw was his last.
We’ll see when Flair shows up on WWE programming again. There doesn’t seem to be anything in line for him barring a special guest appearance. Even that’s no guarantee with this legend’s presence not necessarily needed.
