CM Punk showed up for Game 6 between the Indians and Cubs on Tuesday night.

CM Punk has been pretty quiet for the past two months. He made his MMA debut at UFC 203 nearly two years after signing with the UFC in December 2014, but got beaten quickly by Mickey Gall. The fight didn’t last past the first round and saw Punk get battered and beaten by the 24-year-old. What the future holds for him in UFC, if there is one, remains to be seen.

In the former Straight Edge Superstar’s spare time, he’s an avid Chicago Cubs fan. His Twitter is usually full of references to them or the Chicago Blackhawks.

For the past two weeks, the Cubs have been in a battle with the Cleveland Indians in the MLB’s World Series. Each team has historically long droughts of being without a championship, making this series have higher stakes than normal.

On Tuesday night, Game 6 took place in Cleveland. MLB Network’s Brian Kenny posted a photo that he was in attendance, but with two others, one of which was Punk. The other person is TV host Steve Wilkos.

Punk is watching his Cubs try to overcome a 3-1 deficit, which got lowered to 3-2 on Sunday night. Game 6 has seen Chicago in control from the start, as they haven’t let go of their lead. They are up, 7-2 in the bottom of the 8th inning. If they win, this would force a Game 7, which is scheduled for Wednesday night in Cleveland.

We’ll see if CM Punk’s Cubs can come through for a Game 7 and win their first World Series title in over 100 years. It would be a landmark moment for the franchise, who would have their momentum at an all-time high with a victory. Punk’s Twitter will probably blow up with Cubs references as well.
