WEST LAFAYETTE, Ind. (AP) Kaili Lukan scored 20 points, including two free throws with 9 seconds left in double overtime, to help the Green Bay women upset No. 24 Purdue 81-78 on Wednesday night.
Purdue had not lost a home opener since 1995, snapping a 19-game streak and is 38-2 all-time in home openers.
Mehryn Kraker and Sam Terry added 16 apiece for Green Bay (2-1).
Purdue (1-1) was paced by Ashley Morrissette with 23 points. Whitney Bays added 18, and Liza Clemons and Bridget Perry added 12 apiece.
Kraker made 1 of 2 free throws with 13 seconds left in the first overtime for a 71-69 advantage. Purdue's April Wilson made a layup with 4 seconds left to tie it, but missed her game-winning free throw attempt.
Green Bay's Tesha Buck hit two free throws for a 79-75 lead with 22 seconds left in the second overtime. Morrissette responded with a 3-pointer with 11 seconds left, but Lukan sealed it with free throws.
