UFC 207 has landed another incredible bantamweight fight, as top contenders TJ Dillashaw and John Lineker have agreed to battle it out.

ESPN’s Brett Okamoto first reported the agreement between the UFC bantamweight contenders.

UFC 207 continues to rack up the great fights, while UFC 206 is left behind. In addition to bantamweight title fights for both the women and men, Dillashaw and Lineker will face off to likely determine the next 135-pound challenger for the men.

TJ Dillashaw was bypassed by Cody Garbrandt in terms of receiving a title shot, but now he gets a probable main card spot on a huge Ronda Rousey card, which will serve his popularity well with a good performance. The former champion recovered from losing his belt to Dominick Cruz by soundly defeating Raphael Assuncao in July.

John Lineker has surged up the bantamweight ladder after moving up from the flyweight division. With four consecutive victories since his move to 135-pounds, including wins over top-10 contenders Michael McDonald and John Dodson, “Hands of Stone” now finds himself in the title picture.

This is a clash of styles that will be incredible to watch. John Lineker is the definition of a swarmer/pressure-fighter on the feet, willing to walk opponents down for as long as it takes to unleash a vicious combination of haymakers. TJ Dillashaw, on the other hand, is as active as it gets with his footwork, constantly bouncing to find new angles to attack his opponent from with straight punches.

According to Cage Pages, TJ Dillashaw is the number-one bantamweight, while Lineker is ranked third.

UFC 207 is headlined by the long-awaited return of Ronda Rousey, as she takes on Amanda Nunes for the bantamweight title. In the co-main event, Dominick Cruz looks to defend his title against rising star Cody Garbrandt. It all goes down on December 30 from the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
