On Saturday, November 12, McGregor looked to become the first UFC fighter to hold championships in two separate weight classes at the same time when he challenges Alvarez in the main event of UFC 205.
In the night’s co-main event, welterweight champ Tyron Woodley looked to defend his 170-pound title for the first time as he squares off against striking specialist Stephen Thompson.
Rounding out the three title fights was a strawweight clash between champion Joanna Jedrzejczyk and fellow polish standout Karolina Kowalkiewicz.
