UFC 162 open workout fun and games
Fox Sports went behind-the-scenes at the UFC 162 Open Workouts on Wednesday afternoon in scorching hot Las Vegas, Nevada.
The open workouts provide an great opportunity for media and fans alike to watch some of their favorite UFC fighters put on a training exhibition in a relaxed, care free environment.
This open workout session, however, provided a bit more than that. Namely, Anderson Silva classicly trolling Chris Weidman as only Anderson can. Although Anderson is a genuinely nice guy, he's also an absolute master of mindgames. Watch the video above and decide for yourself. Sincere compliments? Or is he tangling Weidman in a web classic "The Spider" mindgames.
