Rony Jason earns quick KO over Steven Siler

Last time we heard from Rony Jason, he was elbowing through a wall in an injury that needed stitches. The temperamental Brazilian went back to work on Sunday, taking his aggression out on his opponents.
The months of frustration must have melted away after quick knockout win over Steven Siler in the UFC Fight Night: Shogun vs. Henderson 2 main card opener.
Jason finished SIler in just 1:17 of the first round.
The knockout sequence came with a quickness. Jason drilled Siler with a right hand that put him on wobbly legs, and followed him to the cage, where he landed a thudding left hand that put Siler flat on this back.
Referee Wernei Cardoso immediately stepped in to stop the action. Siler quickly protested the call, but the final result stood.
"Siler is a ver tough guy, a knockout artist, and he comes in to finish," Jason said afterward. "But I'm back."
Jason is now back in the win column after losing his last fight via knockout to Jeremy Stephens. The Brazilian, now 14-3, asked to fight on the upcoming TUF Brazil 3 Finale.
Meanwhile, Siler is now the owner of a two-fight losing streak, having lost to Dennis Bermudez via decision his last time out. With the loss, he's 23-12.
