Henderson prefers the hostile crowd

Published Aug. 30, 2013 1:00 a.m. ET

UFC lightweight champion Benson Henderson stopped by to talk with UFC Tonight's Ariel Helwani after the UFC 164 weigh-in.

Bendo was his usual calm, stoic self but made an interesting remark about actually enjoying being behind enemy lines.

Apparently, he enjoys the feeling of being booed by an entire city of people that are cheering on his opponent, Anthony Pettis.

The feeling should be familiar to Henderson, as he recently fought (and beat) Gilbert Melendez in his hometown of San Jose. Will he be able to use the crowd to his advantage again?

Find out Saturday, August 31 as he takes on Anthony Pettis in Milwaukee, Wisc. at UFC 164.
