Edson Barboza vs. Evan Dunham added to UFC Atlantic City show

Edson Barboza won't waste much time in an attempt to get back into the win column. The high-powered Brazilian striker will look to rebound against Evan Dunham when the pair meet at the UFC Fight Night show in Atlantic City on July 16.

The matchup was confirmed by the promotion on Tuesday morning.

Barboza fought less than three weeks ago, getting off to a great start against Donald Cerrone and rocking him with strikes before being stunned and succumbing to a rear naked choke submission. That defeat snapped a three-fight win streak, making Barboza 13-2, though he is still ranked at No. 11.

Dunham is currently unranked. The loser of two straight, he was forced out of a proposed April fight with Mark Bocek due to injury, and is apparently ready to step back into the UFC fray. His recent losses are to top 10 lightweights Rafael dos Anjos and Cerrone. The 32-year-old Dunham has a career mark of 14-5.

The UFC Fight Night show also added a featherweight meeting between Jim Alers and Lucas Martins.

The show takes place from Revel Casino, and features Cerrone against New Jersey native Jim Miller in a main event battle between divisional top 10's.
