Diego Brandao injured, fight scrapped for 'TUF Brazil 3' finale

A late injury in training has forced former Ultimate Fighter winner Diego Brandao out of his scheduled fight at the TUF Brazil 3 finale show on May 31.
UFC officials confirmed the injury and Brandao's exit from the event on Monday.
Brandao was scheduled to face undefeated prospect Brian Ortega on the show's main card, but now with his injury, the Brazilian won't be able to perform in front of his home country fans.
Due to the late nature of the injury, UFC officials have opted to not fill Brandao's spot and Ortega will be booked again for a different show with a new opponent.
The nature of Brandao's injury was no disclosed, and as of yet there's no word on when he may be able to return to action. The show airing live on FOX Sports 1 will now move ahead with 12 scheduled bouts on the card.
