Dana White delivers impassioned speech to TUF 18 contestants

Season 18 of The Ultimate Fighter is days away and UFC President Dana White takes center stage to encourage the thirty-two contestants to leave everything they have in the Octagon. Sounds obvious, however it is very important advice because the consequence of losing in the first episode is a short lived flash of fame on a reality show and a potential journey into obscurity.

Who will heed Dana’s words and who will move on to the TUF house and battle for the title of season 18 winner of The Ultimate Fighter? We will find out Wednesday at 10p ET on FOX Sports 1.
