The Latest: Murray back in Wimbledon final for 3rd time

Andy Murray is back in the Wimbledon final for the third time.

The 2013 champion beat Tomas Berdych 6-3, 6-3, 6-3 on Centre Court and will next face Milos Raonic in Sunday's final.

In Murray's previous finals at the All England Club, he lost to Roger Federer in 2012 and beat Novak Djokovic a year later.

On Sunday, Murray will be playing in his 11th major final. Besides Wimbledon in 2013, he won the 2012 U.S. Open. But he has lost the other eight times he has reached the championship match at a Grand Slam tournament.

Murray and Raonic played each other three weeks ago in the final at Queen's Club, with Murray beating the Canadian in three sets.

Serena and Venus are 13-0 in Grand Slam finals together, including 5-0 at the All England Club.

Serena has also reached the singles final, where she will face Angelique Kerber on Saturday. Kerber defeated Venus in the semifinals.

The seven-time champion from Switzerland had a break point late in the fourth set that would have allowed him to serve for the match. Instead, Raonic held and later broke Federer in the final game of the set.

Raonic, seeded sixth and the first Canadian man to ever reach a major final, will face either Andy Murray or Tomas Berdych on Sunday.

The 34-year-old Federer had been 10-0 in Wimbledon semifinals, winning seven of his finals.

Murray, who won the title in 2013, is aiming to reach his 11th major final. Berdych was runner-up here in 2010 to Rafael Nadal.
