Djokovic advances at French Open

Novak Djokovic received a visit from a trainer late in his third-round match Saturday at the French Open, then completed a victory over No. 26-seeded Grigor Dimitrov, 6-2, 6-2, 6-3.

Walking to his changeover chair at 4-3 in the last set, Djokovic stretched his right arm several times and then was treated by the trainer, who applied ointment and massaged the Serb's upper arm.

Djokovic then won the final two games to close out the victory against a player who beat him in the Madrid final last month.

A six-time Grand Slam champion, Djokovic earned his 500th tour victory. The French Open is the only major tournament he has yet to win, and he's trying to become the eighth man to complete a career Grand Slam.
