Ivan Dodig cruised past Ivan Endara of Ecuador 6-1, 6-3 Sunday to complete Croatia's 5-0 sweep against Ecuador in the Davis Cup first-round series.

In the first reverse singles, Antonio Veic earned a win in his first Davis Cup match by beating Ecuador's Julio-Cesar Campozano 6-4, 7-6 (4).

Croatia already reached the quarterfinals when Marin Cilic and Ivo Karlovic defeated brothers Nicolas and Giovanni Lapentti in Saturday's doubles.

The Croats will next face either Serbia or the United States. Serbia currently leads 2-1.
