Zenit open to Arshavin return
Zenit St Petersburg head coach Luciano Spalletti has refused to rule out a move to bring Andrey Arshavin back to the club.
Arshavin made his name with Zenit at the start of his career and returned to the Russian club on loan last year after falling down the pecking order at Arsenal.
The 31-year-old has barely featured for the Gunners over the past 12 months and is set to move on as his deal expires this summer.
Spalletti is still considering which players to target to strengthen his squad but admits there will always be a lot of interest in Arshavin in Russuia.
"We do our job and do what we're expected to do and our aim is to be useful for the team," Spalletti was quoted as saying by vesti.ru.
"If Arshavin is the man who can add anything for this then we can think about him. Andrey is interesting for everyone in Russia because he's a charismatic player."
