Yeovil have agreed an undisclosed fee with non-league Dorchester Town for striker Kieffer Moore.
The 20-year-old scored seven goals for Town last season after joining from Conference South rivals Truro in February.
Moore will now undergo a medical and discuss personal terms with the Championship newcomers.
A statement on Dorchester's website read: "The club would like to wish Kieffer all the very best with his footballing career and thank him for his time at the club."
