Wilson praise for Maguire
Sheffield United manager Danny Wilson has hailed teenager Harry Maguire as one of the England's brightest prospects.
Maguire, 19, has been included in Stuart Pearce's Young Lions Under-21 squad for the first time ahead of Tuesday's friendly clash with Northern Ireland at Bloomfield Road.
"Harry is one of the best young defenders around and he showed that again at the weekend," Wilson told the club's official website. "He didn't put a foot wrong.
"He has got a fantastic maturity for his age, he takes everything in his stride and nothing fazes him. I don't expect this call-up to either because he's such a level-headed character."
Sheffield-born Maguire, a product of the Blades' academy, made his first-team breakthrough last year after making his full debut as a 17-year-old against Preston at the end of the 2010/11 campaign. He has started in every league game for Wilson's side this season.
