Weiss worried by lack of action

Coyle brought the Slovakian winger to the Reebok Stadium for the remainder of the season during the January transfer window. Weiss was happy to move from Eastlands to their North-West neighbours as he felt he would receive more first-team opportunities than in City's star-studded squad. And while the 20-year-old has been granted regular outings from the bench, he is craving more first XI opportunities for the Trotters. He told Sport.sk: "I am playing more often than at City but it is never more than 30 minutes and for me it is important to be in the starting line-up because that was the reason why I wanted to leave Manchester City. "I would like to appear in the starting XI at least six times but there is not much time left until the end of this season. "On the other hand, Bolton is a Premier League club with a wide squad and I did not expect that I would have an easy way into the starting line-up. However, today I can say that I am disappointed. "Maybe I expected a bit more from it. Well, what a shame that I'm not playing regularly again. I am trying to be patient but, maybe, I can't understand it yet. "The coach promised me regular football but so far it has not been the case and soon I should have a chat with him about it to see what the future holds." Slovakia have qualified for this summer's World Cup finals in South Africa and Weiss realises that a lack of action could cost him a spot in the squad. He added: "I know that if I don't play, then I might possibly miss the World Cup, which would make me sad. "Anyway, I am prepared to fight and do my best to appear in the starting XI for Bolton soon to deserve to travel to South Africa."
