WBA target to quit Anderlecht
Dieumerci Mbokani says he will leave Anderlecht this summer amid rumours of a move to West Bromwich Albion.
The striker has been linked with Serie A duo Roma and Fiorentina, but reports claim he would prefer a switch to England.
The 27-year-old Congolese is reportedly seen as an ideal replacement for Romelu Lukaku, who is heading back to parent club Chelsea.
Mbokani said: "I will leave Anderlecht this summer. There are clubs that want me and the club knows my feelings and understands them."
Reports in his homeland of the Congo suggest that Mbokani is set for talks at the Hawthorns over personal terms.
And just last week Lukaku himself urged his successor at the Belgian club to follow him to West Brom.
He said: "Dieu has won titles in Belgium, and it's time for something else.
"West Brom is a good club. They can offer him a new challenge."
Mbokani has come to the attention of clubs across the continent this season after scoring 17 goals in 19 appearances to help Anderlecht to the Belgian title.
