Warnock makes frank admission
The trio were promoted from the npower Championship last season, with Warnock's R's winning the title ahead of Norwich. Swansea have impressed in the top flight since their promotion via the play-offs and face QPR on Tuesday afternoon, while Norwich have rarely looked troubled. Rangers have not done quite so well, but Warnock said: "I think you have to say Norwich and Swansea have adapted better because of their superior positions in the league. "But I look overall and it has been a massive change around. "Obviously [chairman Tony Fernandes] did not come until the last second and we had already bought some players in. "The whole ball game changed when the new owners came in and we managed to get some new faces in. Not enough (faces), and we missed out on a couple right on deadline so we know we need to, as quickly as possible, get certain players in. "We were hoping we could get away with certain positions but it is not happened like that. We have been punished."
