The Western Sydney Wanderers maintained their unbeaten home record this season when they beat Central Coast 2-0 in a repeat of last year's grand final in Australian football's A-League.

Tomi Juric gave the Wanderers the lead after 20 minutes with a bicycle-kick goal and Youssouf Hersi clinched the match in the 33rd minute when he scored from a cross by Shinji Ono.

The Wanderers' sixth win in 11 matches this season keeps them in second place, two points behind Brisbane and four points ahead of the Melbourne Victory.

Central Coast announced after the match that New Zealand midfielder Michael McGlinchey will join former coach Graham Arnold at J-League club Vegalta Sendai on a one-year loan. Bernie Ibini will rejoin Central Coast in McGlinchey's absence.
